30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not 100% satisfied with your protein beverages for any reason, you may return them within 30 days of the delivery date, even if they have been opened and/or used.
Refund or Store Credit
- Unopened products: full refund issued to the original method of payment.
- Opened products: online store credit for a future purchase.
How to proceed
Contact our customer service team at info@nalkanutrition.ca and be sure to include:
- your order number;
- the product expiration date;
- the product lot number;
- the reason for the return.
We will send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with instructions on how to return the package.
Once the package is received, please allow 1 to 2 weeks for processing and issuance of the refund or store credit.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Accessory Return Policy
Because a leaking shaker has no place in a gym bag, we offer a specific return policy and warranty for our shaker bottles.
Return — Unused Product
You have 30 days from receipt to return a new, unused shaker that is sealed and in its original packaging.
- Refund: once the product is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued.
- Return shipping: for change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

- Your order number
- The reason for returning the product
Once this information is received, we will send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with instructions on how to return the package.
After receiving the package, please allow 1 to 2 weeks for processing and issuance of the refund or store credit.
Please note that if your return does not meet the criteria above, the product will be sent back to you.
Defective Product — “Zero Leak” Warranty
If your shaker has a manufacturing defect (e.g. prematurely cracked lid) or an abnormal leak, you are covered by our limited warranty.
- Warranty period: 60 days on the shaker’s structure and leak-proof seal.
- Return required: no return is necessary.
How to proceed in case of a defect
Contact our customer service team at info@nalkanutrition.ca and provide:
- Your order number
- A photo or short video clearly showing the defect or leak
After validation, we will send you a replacement shaker free of charge or issue an online store credit for the value of the product, based on your preference. Please dispose of or recycle the defective shaker responsibly.
